PaxGenBio Co., Ltd. is a moleculardiagnostics company that develops, manufactures and markets a portfolio of IVDproducts targeting infectious diseases and cancer. PaxGenBio applies itsproprietary PaxView® MPCR-ULFA technology that combines PCRamplification in molecular diagnostics and lateral flow detection in rapidtests. The technology enables sensitive, specific, fast, affordable and easynucleic acid tests that are especially appropriate for applications in lowresource settings. The major components are: (1) Multiplex PCR (MPCR) for asimultaneous amplification of multiple pathogen DNAs using patented, universalprobe-labeled primers; (2) Universal Lateral Flow Assay (ULFA) for a fastdetection using a DNA-DNA hybridization on nitrocellulose membranes. Currently, we provide CE-IVD markedproducts including PaxView® HPV 16/18/Other MPCR-ULFA Kit for thesimultaneous detection of two high-risk types (16, 18) and other DNA that allHPV types and PaxView® TB/NTM MPCR-ULFA Kit for the simultaneousdetection of two specific genes of Mycobacterium tuberculosis—IS6110 andmtp40—and a specific gene of mycobacterium genus—rpoB. PaxGenBio pursues a world where more people livehealthy lives in peace. All members are striving for the mission by developingmore accurate and affordable molecular diagnostic kits and providing morepeople. The voices of our customers and shareholders are valuable to us. Webelieve your opinions and suggestions contribute to the mission and we arealways ready to accommodate them. We sincerely ask for your interest andsupport.
Currently there are over 100known Human Papillomavirus (HPV) genotypes associated with a number of diseases including many types of cancers, particularly cervical cancer. HPV types are often referred to as high-risk and low-risk, based on whether they put a person at risk for cancer. Two HPV types (16 and 18) cause 70% of cervical cancer and precancerous cervical lesion. Therefore, a sensitive and specific detection of HPV in cervical samples is a useful tool for the early diagnosis of epithelial neoplasia and anogenital lesions. PaxView® HPV 16/18/Other MPCR-ULFA Kit is a qualitative in vitro test for the detection of two high-risk types (16,18) and other DNA that all HPV types have in common by utilizing multiplex polymerase chain reaction (MPCR) followed by universal lateral flow assay (ULFA) which is PaxGenBio’s proprietary technology based on DNA-DNA hybridization on nitrocellulose membranes.
