ExiStation™ FA 96/384 is a next-generation, fully-automated MDx system capable of testing 96 samples within 120 minutes. With a built-in automated de-capping and re-capping system, users simply need to insert closed sample tubes into the instrument. This provides a safe and comfortable testing environment by minimizing the risk of secondary infection. The system is equipped with HEPA filters, UV lights, and an ozone emission system to prevent contamination, minimizing false positive results and ensuring reliable test outcomes. Its flexible sample capacity allows for testing from 6 to 94 samples, catering to laboratories of all sizes and testing needs.
IRON-qPCR™ is a Point-of-Care Molecular Diagnostics system designed for syndromic diagnostics close to the patient. Its compact and lightweight design includes a built-in computer, touchscreen, and barcode reader, enabling a fully automated process from extraction to Real-Time PCR in about 30-40 minutes. The instrument features two channels for cartridges, allowing independent and random access. This system detects up to 40 targets per sample, with an all-in-one cartridge offering a simple and rapid sample-in and result-out workflow.
ExiStation™ 48 is a semi-automated system integrating ExiPrep™ 48 Dx for nucleic acid extraction and Exicycler™ 96 for real-time quantitative PCR. ExiPrep™ 48 Dx processes 8 to 48 samples, with PCR set-up completed in 60 minutes using pre-filled cartridges and automatic functions. The system includes a UV Lamp, Contamination Shield, Aerosol Shutter, and Droplet Guard to prevent cross-contamination. Real-time PCR preparation is streamlined using premixed reagents, reducing hands-on time and errors. Exicycler™ 96 handles 96-well plates in 1.5 hours and supports qualitative, quantitative, and genotyping tests with Light Tunnel technology, allowing the detection of up to 5 targets from a single tube.
