The PowerEXP™ 48LH, our new automated liquid handler having 4-independent pipetting channels, enable to extract nucleic acid and/or set up PCR reaction. The PowerChek™ Respiratory Virus Panel is intended for the simultaneous detection of 16 respiratory viruses that cause similar symptoms using multiplex real-time PCR technology. The kit is the premix type that all components aliquoted into 8-strip PCR tube, and includes IC in all panels.
