▶ Presentation Slide Speaker Notes
  • -Speaker notes using “Presenter View Mode” can be displayed during the session. Please let the staff know if you would like to use this mode or not.
  • -How to use it
  • *Using Presenter View is a great way to view your presentation with speaker notes on one computer (your laptop, for example), while your audience views the notes-free presentation on a different monitor (projected on a larger screen, for example).
  • *Cursor of the mouse is not shown on the screen and the audience can’t follow your presentation. Therefore, To point to or write on your slides as you present, select Pen (④) and laser pointer tools (④).
  • *Preview Room and all session rooms will be equipped with Windows 7 based laptops with Office 2013 installed.
  • *If your file contains video or sound, please inform our staff and check the system in advance.
  • *We do NOT recommend you present using your own laptop for the smooth operation of the session.
  • *If you wish to present with your own laptop (IBM or MAC), please confirm you have a VGA adaptor and test it in the session room beforehand where your presentation will take place. (We do NOT provide any devices for Macintosh).
